That is most definately the way to provide support where applicable. Sometimes you just can't get to a computer over the web. For example, yesterday I came across a computer that was so bad they could not even open a browser window. This desktop has so much bad software, malware, badware, spyware pop-up generators,etc. That is was barley functioning for me to clean it up.
